INTRODUCTION

My product will be about a sushi ice cream, this product will have ice cream in the center and the alga will be replaced for chocolate coverage and soy sauce is replaced by red fruit or chocolate sauce.
The project comes through a new idea to eat ice cream in adifferent way and not always in the typical form, and so innovation in food and is more fun.
The company emerges from the needs of customers because ice is a dessert sushi they can eat while doing many things at once and can be carried around without having to wait for its preparation so customers have a rich dessert, delicious and fast.

1.1Who?zushi ice is a product for children, teenagers and adults who talking about 25 years old and older because this product invites you to try new tastes and tending  not to be limited as it may be available to all people who want to try a new dessert fun.

Zushi will be distributed in it populates since first it must be recognized good as the place of origin, then will be distributed in several points of the republic.

my enterprises was fuctional, 3 January , 2012 and so I wil be have many time to study all the market.
1.5 why?
My project is done because a few presentation to find new foodand so customers have a samile while enjoying an ice cream.
1.6 how?
For my product will be use different types of promotion for the customers.
* Advertising- magazines, internet and tv
I will be used advertising and Internet because my product is directed to children, teenagers where they frequent more this way and announcements and the tv because my product also includes major people andis where they can see the promotion.
* Public relations- social event
Grate social events great where people come to these events and of different age and I generate and this way of to proving the product.

* Sales promotion- sampling
To giving tests to the people to know my product like in different places to promote and to give small samples to the clients so they choose to buy myproduct, in addition giving to the customers mini packages of sushi ice.

* Personal selling
* The seller will be people trained in the product you are familiar with offering  to restaurants and explain product benefits.

sushi ice will be distributed to customers the day January 3, 2012 where it is expected that the sale of this new product is high.the set time will allow us to know and learn about our competition and all market research and so meet the needs of the customer and the product is made ​​with quality ingredients.
