The origin of comics in the world
The origin of comics wascenturies ago with the ancestors like the Egyptians; who represented many of their myths and hieroglyphic drawings made on sheets of papyrus, and also did murals in strip form, including image andtext. There are many other examples like at the medieval time (with which, through images, stories were explained to the people, crimes and incidents in general), the drawings of pre-Columbiancivilizations (such as manuscripts, painted by the Mayans and Aztecs) and even the primitive cave paintings. But perhaps the most relevant prior to the cartoons are the Aucas and Alleluias, designed primarilyto meet the instructional needs of children and adolescents. These publications, which were first published in France since 1820, were characterized by narrating short stories and adventures throughillustrations, but, unlike the cartoon, the texts are not organically integrated into the drawings, but are added as a additional explanation at the bottom of the engravings.
However, the history ofcomics is more correctly associated with printing and caricature. The cartoon (born around the same time the film) will soon develop their particular iconic language and primitive cartoons, all thesame size and with the foot or timidly texts included in the drawing, will be replaced by bullets of different sizes and situation and, above all, quickly evolve ways and scope of the texts.
