ROLES INTERPERSONALES
Cabezavisible.  Está obligado a llevar a cabo una serie
de deberes rutinarios de orden legal o social.  Por
ejemplo, recibir visitas, firmar documentos legales.
Líder. Responsable de la motivación y activaciónde los
empleados, responsable de asignar personal y
capacitarlo.  Por ejemplo, ejecutar todas las
actividades relacionadas con los empleados.
Enlace.  Mantener una red de contactos e informadoresexternos, que le proveen información.  Por ejemplo,
responder correspondencia, realizar trabajo externo,
desarrollar otras actividades en las que intervienen
personas ajenas a la organización.
