1.- IntroductionThe Argentine Republic, placed in the south end of America, has excellent qualities for the agricultural / farming production; this one represents 32 % of the PBI, 60 % of theexports, and it is the origin of 90 % of the food that is consumed in the country.
The climatic characteristics in Argentina allow the most diverse productive activities, which are performed on extensiveregions that make possible the obtaining of healthy and free of pollutants food, such as pesticides, residues derived from the industrial pollution, etc.
The obtained products are top quality, theyarrive to the tables of the consumers of the whole world, without any limitation.
There is in Argentina an important offer of available land to fulfil agricultural and farming activities. Thefertility of these lands (pampa) has made them famous among the producers of the whole world.
The companies and cooperatives tied to the agricultural and farming sector, have generated an importantmodernization of their plants and systems, improving the conditions in which food is produced in the country. The National Institute of Agricultural-farming Technology (INTA) goes on uninterruptedly withinvestigation and developments to help productors.

Objectives .-

1. To allow access to small and medium savers and investors to a business that requires a significant scale to be profitable,having a high level of fixed costs , requires prior technical experience and an important administrative and logistic organization.
2. To generate "economy of scale" in the activity, producing asignificant reduction in costs, taking advantage from the power of purchase and payment, which the joint venture produces.
