Efecto analgésico en el ojo de pollo (alternanthera halimifolia (lam) standl. ex pittier)

EFECTO ANALGÉSICO EN EL OJO DE POLLO (ALTERNANTHERA HALIMIFOLIA (LAM) STANDL. EX PITTIER)

RESUMEN:
Se evaluó el efecto analgésico del Extracto Acuoso Liofilizado de la planta Ojo de Pollo (Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Expittier). Mediante el método de “Hot Plate”. Se utilizaron ratones albinos Mus musculus cepa Balb/C53 machos, de un peso promedio de 24 g. Después de un ayuno de 4 horas, los animales fueron colocados en una placa de metal (45 a 62 °C)1 y se observaron sus reacciones (saltar y lamerse la pata). Treinta minutos después se repitieron los experimentos y se excluyeron los animales cuyo tiempo dereacción fue superior a 5 s 2. Se procedió a tomar el tiempo basal de reacción al estimulo térmico doloroso. Transcurrido quince minutos se administró al grupo de control positivo Indometacina 10 mg/kg-1, al segundo y tercer grupo de animales se administro el EAL de Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier, a dosis de 100 mg/kg-1 y 200 mg/kg-1 respectivamente, luego, se midió el tiempode reacción al dolor a los 30, 60 y 90 minutos posterior a la administración de dichas sustancias. El EAL de Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier (a dosis de 100 mg/kg-1 y 200 mg/kg-1 respectivamente vía oral). Se demostró que no presentó propiedad analgésica suficiente en el modelo de Hot Plate, mientras que la Indometacina de 10 mg/kg-1 fue más efectiva. La dosis del EAL deAlternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier a 200 mg/kg-1 fue más efectiva en los primeros 30 y 60 minutos en la prueba del plato caliente con los ratones albinos. Estos resultados demuestran evidencias que el EAL de Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier a dosis de 100 mg/kg-1 y 200 mg/kg-1. En trastornos analgésicos no presenta propiedad analgésica efectiva,particularmente con el modelo de Hot Plate (plato caliente).

ABSTRACT:
The analgesic effect of the Freeze-dried Watery Extract of the plant Ojo de Pollo “Chicken’s eyes” (S. N. Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier) was evaluated. By meansof the method of “Hot Plate”. Balb/C53 stock Mus musculus albino male mice, of a weight average of 24 g. After a fast of 4 hours, the animals were placed on a metal plate (45 to 62 °C) and were observed their reactions (jump and lick the leg). Thierty minutes later the experiments were repeated and the animals were excluded whose reaction time were superior to 5 seconds. It was proceed to take thebasal time of reaction to the painful thermal stimulus. Passed fifteen minutes it was administer to the positive control group Indomethacin 10 mg/kg-1, the second and third animals group were administer the F-dWE of Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier, dose of 100 mg/kg-1 and 200 mg/kg-1. Later, were moderate the reaction time to the pain to the 30, 60 and 90 minutes posterior tothe administration of t these substances. The F-dWE Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex pittier (dose of 100 mg/kg-1 and 200 mg/kg-1 respectively by oral way). Demonstrated that it didn’t present sufficient analgesic property in the model of Hot Plate, whereas the Indomethacin of 10 mg/kg-1 was more effective. The dose of the F-dWE of Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex- pittierto 200 mg/kg-1 was more effective in the first 30 and 60 minutes in the test of the hot plate with the albino mice. These results demonstrate evidences that the F-dWE of Alternanthera halimifolia (Lam.) Standl. Ex- pittier to dose of 100 mg/kg-1 and 200 mg/kg-1. In analgesic upsets doesn’t present effective analgesic property, particularly with the model of Hot Plate.
