ILLEGAL CUSTOMS
The term includes all clasede illicit customs violations and breaches of theprovisions that relate to customs duty. Thus, the crime is rape customs that individuals required to comply with legal standards, performed with consistent behaviors to stop doing what the legalprovision ordering.
The illicit customs by their nature can be administrative (violations, misdemeanors, etc..) Or criminal (crimes). By their nature crimes violate the rights created by society, andinfringements on the other hand contravention of the provisions of an administrative nature.
Due to its severity the offenses are punishable by deprivation of freedom, while violations of economicsanctions.
CLASSIFICATION
The illicit customs activities were classified as:

MINOR .- are transgressions of the formalities laid down in the Customs Law or the Federal Tax Code.SERIOUS .- formal offenses are not required to improve the conduct causing injury, but constituting a threat or danger to the normal collection of customs taxes.
