LEAN MANUFACTURING
Es uno de los temas que tienen mayor importancia en la ingeniería industrial, este tema lo aprendí en un viaje de estudio en México, donde desarrolle un diplomado en LogísticaInternacional y Lean manufacturing, en el TEC de monterrey, allí dure un mes.
It is one of the topics with more importance in the Industrial Engineering. I learnt this topic in an academic trip toMexico, where I did a Diplomate in International Logistic and Lean Manufacturing, in TEC from Monterrey. I was there for one month.
Son técnicas que se pueden implementar en una empresa, paraayudar a mejorar y optimizar los procesos bien sea de producción o procesos internos en la organización independientemente de su tamaño.
They are techniques that can be implemented in a Company, to helpthe processes improve and optimize. Those processes can be related to Production or internal in the organization no matter its size.
Estas metodologías tienen como objetivo eliminar el desperdicioe identificar las operaciones que no le agregan valor al producto y al proceso, con el fin de generar beneficios tangibles para el cliente final.
These methodologies have the objective to eliminatethe waste and identify the operations that don’t add value to the product and the process, with the purpose of generating tangible benefits for the final client.
Estas herramientas son denaturaleza japonesa, nacen en la empresa Toyota en 1950, ayudando a mejorar toda su estructura, como principio y posicionando el capital humano como parte fundamental y necesaria de todas las empresas.
Thesetools have a Japanese nature. They have their origin in Toyota Company in 1950, helping to improve all its structure as a principle, and placing the staff as fundamental and necessary part of everycompany.
