During the last year, a new company was oponed in our city to sell Bajaj Threeweeler vehicles, That make a disorder into the price range.
They sell that units in a lower price than we do, the reason is obviously theydon´t have any cost for agencies in a good looking place of the city, publicity, managers, service, original parts stock, especial events toset the brand into the market, etc..
Their strategy is only low price, but they are not interested in placing BAJAJ brand in the market toincrese the two weeler bikes day by day.
We understend that the Three weeler line could have a final life, but that profits help us in 70%to pay our spends by now. Of course we are investing in develope the two weeler bikes market so that we need the incomes that incomes too.There for, the lower price policy of the other company let us in a disleal price competition, so then our range of selling are decrisingstrongly and in consecuence we are have problems to aford the cost of our development.
Finally we are asking you to make an agreement withBajaj and Trimotos company, to set a minimun price to be in the same competition situation.
