Durante mi investigacion encontre que uno de los primeros en utilizar el termino competencia fue el investigador David McClelland en 1975; el fue el que afirmo que para llevar al éxito una contratación de personal, no era suficiente en enfocarnos en el titulo profesional, maestria o doctorado; que portara elcandidato; o en el test psicológico o psicométrico al que fuera sometido.
